From the Palestina region of Colombia comes a unique batch of Bourbon Chiroso, cultivated by Linarco Rodríguez Ospina at Finca Betania, renowned for its quality and sustainability. The beans have undergone anaerobic washing, preserving the clarity of the profile while highlighting aromatic and fruity accents. This set includes 3x100g of the same batch, but in three different roasts, allowing you to discover how roasting affects flavor and experiment with recipes.
This coffee is full of aromatic elegance: it opens with a floral bouquet, followed by a delicate milk chocolate that adds smoothness and sweetness.
