Lot Coffee – Peru Edison Estela Geisha is an absolute masterpiece and a highly luxurious addition to the specialty world, boasting a phenomenal cupping score of 88 SCA. Grown by Edinson Estela on his micro-farm in the high-altitude Huabal region (1650 MASL), this lot represents the pinnacle of Peruvian terroir matched with elite Geisha genetics. The cherries underwent a precise anaerobic fermentation phase in sealed drums ("timbos") before being slowly dried under solar parabolic dryers. This meticulous Natural process yields stunning clarity and deep fruit integration.

The resulting cup is beautifully juicy, complex, and boasts a remarkably smooth, buttery mouthfeel. It leads with a vibrant and sweet pop of fresh tangerine and the rich, concentrated sweetness of dried apricots and golden honey.
