The coffee is sweet, fruity, and very light—reminiscent of a summery, fruity Specialty beverage. Exceptionally crisp acidity combines with clear sweetness, creating a profile ideal for lovers of unusual, fruity dessert blends. People Possession's Watermelon Blend is an exceptionally fresh and energetic blend of two worlds: Kenya (Kirinyaga County) and Colombia (Huila). The Kenyan blend, processed using the fully washed method, brings the purity, juicy acidity, and precision of the SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru 11, and Batian varieties. The Colombian blend, on the other hand, was co-fermented with watermelon—a process that imbues the beans with a natural sweetness and the characteristic accents of ripe melon. This unique blend is produced by Gakuyu-ini Factory and Los Patios, known for their experimental, expressive coffees.
