Concept Coffee - Ethiopia Gedicho Washed - 250g

Concept Coffee – Ethiopia Gedicho is a single-origin specialty coffee sourced from the Yirgacheffe region (Idido area) in Ethiopia. Grown at a high altitude of 2150 MASL on a 0.5-hectare micro-farm operated by female producer Nafkot Admasu, this lot consists of indigenous Heirloom cultivars grown under the shade of false banana trees. Processed using the fully washed method (Washed), the lot offers exceptional cup transparency, refined organic acidity, and a crisp floral structure.

The resulting cup is defined by its tea-like body and aromatic complexity. The sensory profile opens with vibrant notes of sweet peach and ripe raspberry, layered over a bright citrus foundation of lime and bergamot. The brew is completed by delicate floral notes on the finish. Lightly roasted for filter brewing, this lot delivers clean and consistent extractions in manual pour-over tools such as the Hario V60, Chemex, and AeroPress.
