Concept Coffee – Whiskey Barrel Aged is an Omni Roast coffee based on Ethiopian beans from the Gedeb, Worka region. Sourced from local micro-farmers, the coffee is grown at altitudes between 1950 and 2150 MASL. The base Natural process is followed by the roastery's original Flavor Modulation – aging green beans in bourbon whiskey barrels.
The taste profile offers a unique combination of sweetness and intensity, featuring notes of eggnog, chocolate, and red apple. With its versatile roast profile, this coffee performs excellently in both espresso and filter brewing methods. It is particularly recommended for milk-based drinks and as a base for cold beverages.
