Blackberry Disco is an AA Kenyan coffee from the Ibutiti estate in the Kiria-ini subregion of Gatanga, Murang'a County, overseen by Mercy Wambui Gatuhi. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,750 to 1,800 meters on deep red volcanic soils, this washed SL28 and SL34 coffee undergoes meticulous processing, including hand-harvesting, wet-milling, overnight fermentation, and sun-drying on raised beds. The result is a juicy cup with notes of rhubarb, blackcurrant, and citrus.
