This coffee is a celebration of fruity sweetness and floral complexity. The flavor is dominated by notes of strawberry cake, juicy mango, and subtle botanical tones, which give the infusion a slightly tea-like character. The slow-dry process brings out the depth and intensity of the aromas, creating a harmonious, smooth, and expressive infusion. This is a coffee that can surprise and delight with every sip. This Ethiopian coffee, from the Gedeb region, is grown at an altitude of 2150–2200 meters above sea level by local smallholders and undergoes the unique slow-dry natural process at the Lalesa station. A Heirloom variety, it produces a cup full of juiciness and character.
