Friedhats - Colombia Luz Helena Salazar is a washed Caturra from the Maracay farm in the Quindío region, grown at an altitude of 1400–1450 meters above sea level. The coffee comes from Luz Helena, the matriarch of the Arcila family, responsible for developing one of Colombia's most influential coffee histories. Processed by Cofinet, it offers purity, elegance, and excellent balance.
In the cup, the delicacy and lightness typical of oolongs emerge – a soft, tea-like structure, subtly sweet and aromatic. Fresh rhubarb adds an acidic spark that leads to an intriguing cola accord – deep, slightly spicy, and extremely drinkable. The overall aroma is clear, supple, and modern, with a long finish and a refreshing feel. This coffee combines the elegance of tea with the juicy fruitiness of Colombia.
