The flavor features intense mango and juicy apricot, delivering a distinct, tropical sweetness. Blackberries contrast beautifully, adding a dense fruity structure, along with an elegant, citrusy grapefruit note. Vanilla subtly smooths the overall flavor, giving the coffee a creamy softness and a long, dessert-like finish. The profile is complex, sweet, and luminous—a perfect example of natural coffees from Kaffa.

Ethiopia Bench Maji is a complex, naturally processed coffee from the Kaffa region, considered the cradle of the Geisha variety. A blend of Geisha and Heirloom (with Geisha predominating), grown at an altitude of 1,750 meters above sea level, it is harvested from both home gardens and wild trees in the Bench Maji forest. The fruit undergoes a 48-hour fermentation in bags and a long, controlled drying process, which gives the coffee a deep sweetness and a rich, multi-layered fruitiness.
