Klaro Coffee - Costa Rica El Mango - 200g

Just like a multivitamin juice—only with coffee. Tropical, sweet, with a pleasant, lively acidity. A worthy successor to the Colombian Platano. The flavor is reminiscent of pineapple, mango, and vanilla sweetness. Just grind, pour (preferably with hot water, of course), and enjoy.

The beans come from Costa Rica, from the Chirripo province in the Brunca region. These are Catuai beans, grown at 1,600 meters above sea level, and have undergone Full Honey Anaerobic processing—meaning some of the pulp is removed, the beans are then fermented, and then dried with the remaining pulp. Thanks to this method, the coffee has acquired a wealth of tropical notes, without any alcoholic or vinegary notes—just pure fruity sweetness. It's incredibly pleasant to brew and truly forgiving.
