Kolibri Coffee - Colombia, Crème Brule - 250g Colombia Crème Brûlée is a strong dessert coffee from the Pitalito region (Huila), produced on the El Encanto farm by Franky Hoyos. The Chiroso variety has undergone an advanced yeast-inoculated natural process with thermal shock, resulting in an extremely sweet, creamy, and intensely aromatic coffee. The aroma features a distinct vanilla note and a hint of crème brûlée—sugar caramelized with a torch. The taste reveals a slightly alcoholic, juicy, yet elegant cherry liqueur, rounded off by the deep sweetness of brown sugar. The body is thick, syrupy, and velvety—the coffee tastes like a liquid dessert, with a perfect balance between fruit and sugar.
