LOT Coffee - Ethiopia Banko Michicha, Washed - 250g
Discover the pure character of Ethiopian coffee from the Banko Michicha processing plant, located high in the mountains of the Guji region. Founded in 2009 by Mr. Tariku Edma, the plant works with approximately 1,300 smallholder farmers in the surrounding area. They cultivate traditional Ethiopian varieties, which are then carefully processed.
The washing process involves hand-pulping, approximately 36 hours of fermentation, and then thorough rinsing and drying on raised African beds for 7–14 days.
