Momento Coffee – Mexico Grapos Decaf is a premium decaffeinated single-origin specialty coffee that preserves the full flavor integrity of the Chiapas highlands. Grown at altitudes of 800–1600 MASL by the smallholder cooperative GRAPOS, this lot consists of Típica, Marsellesa, and Bourbon varieties. Following a standard fully washed process, the green beans are decaffeinated using the innovative and 100% chemical-free Mountain Water Decaf (MWD) method. By utilizing pure glacial water and carbon filters, this process gently removes 99% of the caffeine content without altering the organic elements or cell structures responsible for sweetness and complexity.

The resulting cup features high clarity, a well-defined structure, and a smooth, comforting body. The tasting profile opens with a delicate, sweet note of vanilla paired with the juicy brightness of ripe cherry. This clean fruit core is grounded by a dense, rich foundation of melted brown sugar on the finish. Roasted as a versatile omniroast, this decaf lot performs exceptionally well across manual filter extractions like the Hario V60 as well as modern espresso profiles.
