A limited-edition, natural Christmas coffee from Gedeb, prepared by the women's cooperative Ephtah Specialty Coffee, led by Wubit Bekele. The Ethiopian Heirloom beans were dried very slowly and for an extended period, preserving their exceptional sweetness and depth of aroma. This coffee is perfect for winter – cozy, comfortable, and full of warmth.

The cup bursts with the juicy freshness of orange peel, giving the coffee a luminous and citrusy note. Next to it unfolds the delicate sweetness of baked apples, reminiscent of winter desserts and homemade compote. Thanks to the slow, natural process, the profile is balanced, smooth, and exceptionally pleasant – warm, wintry, even "chimney-like."
