A unique coffee from Finca Las Lajas, run by the legendary Oscar and Franciscia Chacon—pioneers of experimental processing in Costa Rica. This microlot, made from the rare Casiopea variety (a cross between Caturra and Ethiopian Heirloom), has undergone a long natural fermentation and slow drying for 20-30 days, resulting in a deep, fruity profile full of sweetness.

Intense berry notes dominate the cup, accompanied by the vibrant, tropical freshness of passion fruit. The whole is enveloped by the velvety sweetness of chocolate, adding a creamy texture and a dessert-like character.
