Fermentation with fruits and plants gives the infusion a creamy structure, balanced by sweetness and an intensely fruity finish. This is a cup that delights with its richness and modern approach to fermentation. Olivo Coffee – Colombian Peach Oasis. Coffee from the Finca Milán farm in Risaralda, run by Julio Andrés Quiceno. Caturra variety, grown at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. Innovatively co-fermented with peaches, melon, and chamomile, using Saccharomyces and Torulaspora delbrueckii yeasts.
