About Jhon Sanchez He made his start in specialty coffee through a local association, where he found himself right in the middle of it all, learning about unique varietals and soaking up inspiration. Curious and motivated, he decided to grow Gesha using seeds his neighbour had brought back from Panama, the kickstart of his coffee journey. Harvested in harmony with the help of the whole neighbourhood, the cherries were placed into airtight bags for a few hours before depulping. It’s washed, clean, delicate, and the first thing you’ll want to brew in the morning.
