This coffee is a tropical firework – orange blossom opens the composition, complemented by juicy passionfruit and mandarin. Experimental fermentation with the fruit gives the coffee a fresh, lively character, yet remains elegant and pure in the cup. Papayo, a variety distinguished by its papaya-shaped fruit and natural pest resistance, is one of the most interesting "new generations" of Colombian cultivars, alongside Pink Bourbon and Ombligon.
