The Naughty Dog - Kolumbia Geisha, El Mirador - 200g
Colombia El Mirador is an exceptional natural Geisha from the Huila (Tello) region, sourced from the El Mirador farm run by Robinson Vera. Grown at an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters above sea level, it comes from a fresh harvest (June 2025). The first impression is of juicy strawberries, sweet and fresh, which give the coffee energy and a fruity lightness. This is immediately followed by a sweet lemony note, more reminiscent of lemon zest than sharp acidity – bright, crisp, and very elegant. As the coffee cools, it opens up further, revealing black tea, bringing tea-like finesse and purity. The finish is long, smooth, and creamy, with a distinct note of nougat pralines, which rounds off the whole with a pleasant sweetness. The profile is clean, complex, and perfectly balanced – a very classic, yet incredibly memorable Geisha.
