The Naughty Dog - Colombia Las Flores Yellow Bourbon is an ultra-modern special edition from the Jhoan Vergara farm in Acevedo (Huila). The Yellow Bourbon, anaerobically washed with thermal shock, produces an extremely clean cup, yet intensely aromatic and spicy and fruity.
The aroma immediately reveals berry candies – sweet, juicy, almost candy-like. Black tea appears in the taste, giving the coffee structure and an elegant bitterness. Eucalyptus brings a cooling freshness, and spices (cloves, pepper, cinnamon) build a long, intriguing finish. The overall flavor is simultaneously clear, intense, and very "competition style."
