Loyalty program

We hope you'll gladly return to our LABUNA store for supplies. To make your return even more enjoyable, we're introducing a special loyalty program.

As a logged-in user*, you'll notice a new feature in the drop-down menu in the upper right corner: Loyalty Points. We've developed a system that allows you to collect points and redeem them for our products.

How does it work?
For every 1 pln (≈0,24Euro - the amount depends on the exchange rate) spent, you earn 1 point in the loyalty program. Every 25 points equals 1 pln (≈0,24Euro - the amount depends on the exchange rate) back in your piggy bank for future purchases.

An example of how a loyalty program works
When you shop with us for PLN 100 (≈23,54 Euro - the amount depends on the exchange rate), you receive 100 points in the program.

You can exchange points for any product in our store, e.g. if you have 2,500 points, you can exchange them for a product worth PLN 100≈23,54 Euro - the amount depends on the exchange rate)

    How to buy a product with points?
    Each product card displays the number of points required to purchase it. In the order summary, there's a "convert points" button in the shopping cart. Completing the box with the number of points displays the total amount minus the amount of money collected.

- For paid orders, points are accrued after the order status changes to "shipped."

- For orders placed using loyalty points, no further points are accrued.

- For cash on delivery orders, points will be added to your account only after payment is received from the courier.

- If you cancel your order or return the product, points are deducted from your loyalty account. - Points cannot be exchanged for cash back.

Points are valid indefinitely, redeemable for any product.
*Points are not credited to B2B accounts.
