Delivery and payment methods

ORDER FULFILLMENT

1. The Seller is obligated to deliver goods free from defects.

2. The order fulfillment time is indicated on the Store’s website.

3. If the Buyer chooses to pay in advance for the order, the Seller will begin processing the order once payment has been received.

4. If the Buyer purchases goods with different delivery times in a single order, the order will be fulfilled according to the longest stated delivery time among the products.

5. Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to selected European Union countries: Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, and Romania. Shipping costs to individual countries are visible during ordering and depend on the selected country and delivery method.

6. Goods purchased in the Store are delivered depending on the delivery method selected by the Buyer. The following methods and prices apply to deliveries within the territory of the Republic of Poland only:

   a. Via InPost courier (shipping cost: PLN 14.99 incl. VAT) – Delivery time: up to 5 business days.

   b. Via InPost courier with cash on delivery (shipping cost: PLN 18 incl. VAT for orders under PLN 400; PLN 5 incl. VAT for orders over PLN 400) – Delivery time: up to 5 business days.

   c. To InPost parcel lockers (shipping cost: PLN 12.99 incl. VAT) – Delivery time: up to 5 business days.

   d. To DPD Pickup points (shipping cost: PLN 7.99 incl. VAT) – Delivery time: up to 5 business days.

7. The Buyer may collect the goods in person at the company's registered office during business hours.

8. If the Buyer chooses personal pickup, the goods will be ready for collection by the indicated order fulfillment date, or by the shipping date specified by the Seller.
   
   
9. Goods purchased in the Store are delivered depending on the delivery method selected by the Buyer. The following methods and prices apply to deliveries within selected EU countries:

*Shipping and free shipping costs are approximate and are calculated at checkout. The cost depends on the current PLN exchange rate. The exchange rate is calculated using the current NBP exchange rate.

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payment for an order may be made:

   a. By bank transfer to the Seller's account.

   b. Using the following available payment methods:

   • Payment cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro

   • Online payments

   c. Via payment platforms:

   • Autopay S.A.

   • PayU

   d. Cash on delivery, by card or in cash upon receipt of the goods by the Buyer.

2. If the Buyer chooses to pay in advance, payment must be made within 7 business days from placing the order.

3. The Seller informs that for certain payment methods, due to their specific nature, payment must be made immediately after placing the order.

4. By making purchases in the Store, the Buyer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The Buyer has the right to withdraw this acceptance.

5. In the event of a refund for a transaction made with a payment card, the Seller will refund the amount to the bank account linked to the Buyer’s card.

6. In the case of card payment, the delivery period is counted from the moment the transaction is successfully authorized.
