Beansmith's - Kolumbia Las Margaritas- 80g
Roast date: 14.07.2025
Beansmith's - Kolumbia Las Margaritas - 80g
The first “super” limited edition from the producers of Café Granja la Esperanza disappeared incredibly fast. That’s why we have prepared another coffee for you. It’s a Sudan Rume variety processed using the anaerobic natural method. Another incredibly complex profile full of flavour.
Sudan Rume is an exceptionally rare coffee with a wonderful flavour profile. As its name suggests, the variety was discovered in the country of Sudan near the border with Ethiopia. As the harvest can be incredibly small, this coffee is a classic case of quality over quantity. It is resistant to disease, especially coffee berry disease. Its yield is medium and the beans are large and long. The sweet spice, tea and floral characteristics offer a glimpse of the unspoiled character of this unusual variety, an experience unlike any other specialty coffee today.
Sensory profile: strawberry, juniper, stone fruit, blackberry, honeydew
