Ziółkowski Brothers - Salvador La Ilusion - 250g
Blueberries dominate the cup – soft, ripe, and slightly vinous. They are accompanied by vanilla, which imparts sweetness and a creamy smoothness. The acidity is vinous, but low and rounded, building structure rather than taking center stage. A nutty, chocolatey character, reminiscent of liquid praline from a box of chocolates, ties it all together. The coffee is viscous, full-bodied, and very enveloping.
Ziółkowski Brothers - Salvador La Ilusión is a classic, naturally processed Bourbon from the Santa Ana department. This coffee is smooth, rounded, and very easy to drink – with low acidity, a chocolate base, and a subtle fruitiness. A perfect example of why El Salvador is considered a source of elegant, "safe" specialty classics.
