Coffea Circulor - Etiopia Elto Hamasho Washed- 250g
Data palenia: 08.06.2022
Coffea Circulor - Ethiopia Elto Hamasho Washed - 250g
Elto Hamasho is a classic Ethiopian profile – juicy apricot combines with a delicate honeyed sweetness, and a hint of marzipan adds a velvety depth to the overall flavor. The coffee is elegant, clean, and light, with the subtle tea flavor typical of Yirgacheffe. Perfect for pour-over methods and as an everyday cup with a unique character.
Elto Hamasho is a washed lot from the Western Arsi region, prepared from local heirloom varieties. After depulping, the beans are dry-fermented for 2–3 days and then dried for 7–10 days on raised tables. Thanks to precise processing, the coffee retains its pure, transparent character and the aromas typical of the high-altitude regions of Ethiopia.
Sensory profile: apricot, honey, marzipan
