Abu /2810 Geisha is a coffee with a refined yet complex profile. Notes of sugar cane and honey give it a sweetness, offset by a light bitterness of hops and fresh bergamot. Thanks to the precise processing of washed WX, the coffee retains the purity and elegance typical of the highest-class geisha.
Abu Coffee's Geisha is the result of a unique, two-phase washed process: 24-hour fermentation in cherries, followed by 72 hours of dry fermentation after depulping. The coffee comes from Hacienda Cañas Verdes in Boquete – a farm passionately run by the Luttrell family.
