Concept Coffee – Colombia Jungle Juice 4 is an intensely aromatic coffee from Finca Monteblanco in the Huila region, produced by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia. This lot offers a vibrant tropical punch, achieved through an innovative co-fermentation method. Ripe Purple Caturra cherries underwent 180 hours of anaerobic fermentation with a custom starter culture of yeasts (Saccharomyces and Lactobacillus) and passion fruit.
This meticulous process results in a cup that tastes like a tropical punch. The profile is dominated by bold notes of passion fruit, mango, and exotic lychee. A delicate rose aroma adds complexity, while the experience concludes with a soft, elegant finish of cocoa nibs.
