Concept Coffee – Colombia Summerjam is a vibrant, sun-drenched specialty coffee crafted for those who adore tropical and intensely fruit-forward cups. Grown at 1750 MASL in the historic San Agustín municipality within the Huila region, this blend of Caturra and Colombia varieties undergoes a highly innovative post-harvest protocol. The cherries are processed using an Anaerobic Honey method enriched with lactobacillus cultures inside stainless steel bioreactors for 48 to 72 hours, guiding precise microbial activity to maximize structural sweetness and depth.

The resulting cup delivers a spectacular tropical burst and a dense tactile experience. It opens with the punchy, sweet acidity of juicy pineapple running alongside a rich assortment of sweet yellow fruits. This heavy fruit sweetness is beautifully balanced by a thick, creamy, yoghurt-like body and a crisp layer of refreshing citrus. A grounding, velvety cacao finish rounds out the sip perfectly.
