Czarna Fala – Lekki i Owocowy Blend is a specialty coffee crafted for those who enjoy the natural fruitiness and floral elegance of East African coffees but prefer a more rounded, smooth, and balanced cup over an intense acidity. Part of the roastery's signature "Szybki Przelew" series, these beans feature a medium-light filter roast profile. Roaster Dorota Krasowska paired two fully washed components: an Ethiopia Sidamo and a Tanzania Mbeya lot from the AMCOS cooperative. Utilizing the Washed process for both coffees delivers immaculate cup clarity and flavor definition.
The resulting cup features a light, balanced, and highly juicy character. The sensory profile brings a delightful harmony of ripe, sweet fruits and delicate floral notes, ending with a remarkably clean, naturally sugary finish. It is a brilliant, fruit-forward daily classic. This blend performs exceptionally well in automatic batch brewers (Moccamaster, Wilfa), manual pour-overs like the Hario V60, or as a vibrant, refreshing filter coffee for any time of the day.
