The coffee undergoes the natural Sugar Cane EA (Ethyl Acetate) Decaffeination process, utilizing ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane molasses fermentation. This method selectively removes caffeine while preserving the green coffee’s inherent sugars and complex cup structure.
The resulting brew exhibits a smooth, rich body with an approachable sweet profile. The flavor hierarchy is led by pronounced notes of sugar cane and dense molasses, anchored by a deep foundation of cocoa.
