Colombia Electric Lime is an energetic and expressive shot from Finca Milan in Colombia. A Castillo variety, processed using an innovative process: washed after yeast fermentation with the addition of fresh pineapple, lychee, and local aromatic plants. Carefully controlled fermentation and precise drying produce an exceptionally pure, intense, and multi-layered coffee. In the cup, lime and citrus freshness dominate, giving the coffee a lively, almost sparkling character. Lemongrass appears, bringing lightness and juicy clarity, and delicate floral notes complement the overall effect. Eucalyptus appears in the background, enhancing the impression of freshness and purity.
