Colombia Pinky Swear is a very limited edition washed Pink Bourbon from the Huila region, produced by Favera Ninco on his Costa Rican farm in San Joaquín, at an altitude of 2,100 meters above sea level. This micro-lot is based on classic terroir, precise harvesting, and a refined, multi-stage fermentation process where tradition meets controlled innovation. This coffee showcases the pure, elegant side of Pink Bourbon – without excess, without special effects, but with immense finesse. The aroma and flavor are dominated by delicate floral notes – jasmine and hibiscus, light, fresh, and very elegant. A soft, natural sweetness emerges in the background, gradually fading into a ripe, slightly honeyed fig finish. The overall texture is subtle, harmonious, and exceptionally pure, with a silky body and a long, muted finish. This is a coffee for those who appreciate precision, balance, and the classic character of Colombia at its finest.
