DAK Coffee- Kostaryka Jiggly Berry - 250g

Sweet cherries dominate the cup – juicy, ripe, and very dessert-like. Purple grapes immediately follow, bringing a vinous character and a light acidity reminiscent of red berries in the barrel. The finish is surprising and pronounced thanks to a hint of licorice, which adds depth and a slightly spicy, elegant touch. The overall texture is supple, jiggly, sweet, and aromatic, but without any excessive fermentation wildness – very refined and pleasant. Costa Rica Jiggly Berry is a modern interpretation of a natural from the Corazón de Jesús farm, located at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level. This coffee, made from the Mileno F1 variety, has been processed through the proprietary Natural Reposado method – combining a short, controlled period of anaerobic "rest" of the cherries with classic natural drying. The result is a fruity and intense profile, yet cleaner and more structured than typical anaerobic cherries.
