We really like this type of coffee – incredibly clean and transparent in flavor, but with a kick! This one is more of an autumn/winter Ethiopian than its predecessor from Nensebo. The flavor is dark tea and hints of forest fruit jam – it's sweet! It's quite acidic at first, but that fades in favor of sweetness and balance :) Perfect for cold evenings under a blanket :)
