Fifty Beans – Ethiopia Lingering Dreams is a meticulously sourced specialty microlot celebrating the return of legendary Ethiopian cup clarity. Grown at an altitude of 2000 MASL near the Chelchele washing station, this lot features traditional Heirloom varieties. Following a rigorous density separation process, the depulped cherries underwent a precise 24-hour fermentation cycle before being washed through clean water channels. This classic fully washed process (Washed), completed on shaded raised African beds, ensures exceptional lot consistency and immaculate structural definition.

The resulting cup delivers high flavor separation, a juicy mouthfeel, and a light, elegant body. It opens with a refined, clean note of fresh green tea, bringing a sophisticated quality to the forefront. This delicate layer is seamlessly integrated with the sweet, succulent depth of ripe stone fruit and a crisp, vibrant lift of bright citrus.
