Cultivated at Finca Milan by pioneer producer Julio Andrés Quiceno, this Castillo lot undergoes a technical Fruit co-fermentation protocol. Following depulping, the coffee parchment is submerged for 48 hours inside sealed glass containers filled with a natural tropical multivitamin extract, embedding complex sugars and organic sweetness straight into the cellular core of the seeds before drying on raised African beds.

The resulting cup delivers immaculate structural clarity, a highly juicy mouthfeel, and outstanding flavor separation. It opens with a vibrant, dense core of sweet tropical fruit and crisp citrus. This explicit fruit profile is masterfully integrated with a delicate, fragrant finish of fresh elderflower.
