Ethiopia Lalesa Anaerobic is an explosion of tropical fruit with a velvety background of milk chocolate. In the cup, you'll discover juicy notes of mango, papaya, and pineapple, which combine with a creamy, dessert-like sweetness. The coffee has a full, smooth body and a long, sunny finish reminiscent of a tropical "Sunset Twist" dessert. Perfect for both pour-over methods and as a modern espresso with a fruity and chocolate character.

This coffee comes from the Gedeb region of Ethiopia, sourced from the Lalesa processing station, where small-scale growers cultivate traditional heirloom varieties at an altitude of 2150–2200 meters above sea level. The beans of this batch have undergone extended anaerobic fermentation, resulting in an exceptionally deep, tropical flavor profile. At Lalesa, time moves more slowly – the drying and fermentation processes are carried out with meticulous attention to detail, extracting the maximum sweetness and complexity from each cherry.
