Ethiopia Mikiyas is a subtle and elegant coffee from the Gedeo Zone (Gerse Kebele) region, grown at an altitude of 2000–2200 meters above sea level by Mikiyas Bogale. Heirloom varieties, in the less common White Honey processing, produce a clean, bright, and exceptionally delicate cup – perfect for fans of Ethiopian finesse and light, tea-like profiles. The aroma and flavor are dominated by white peach – juicy, yet soft and creamy. Honeysuckle appears, bringing a floral sweetness and a slightly honeyed character. The whole is brought together by a very pleasant, warm impression reminiscent of winter sunshine – the coffee is bright, calm, and enveloping, with excellent clarity and a delicate body.
