The Ateng Super has undergone Extended Natural Fermentation, resulting in a distinctly fruity, deep, and slightly funky cup.
The aroma immediately reveals ripe papaya and sweet cherry, supported by a warm, cocoa base. The taste is juicy and dense, with a distinct fruity attack that smoothly transitions into cocoa and a delicate fermented sweetness. Lactobacillus fermentation adds a light yogurt-like creaminess and a "funky" accent, adding character without overshadowing the purity of the fruit.
