Friedhats returns with another gem from Colombian Finca Belén – this time starring Pink Bourbon, a variety known for its pink cherries and distinctive fruity profile. Processing is the work of Manuel Lopez, who, although he doesn't own a farm, impresses with his skill in extracting purity and finesse from coffee. The soft-washed method allows for a crystalline purity and lightness of the brew, full of the juicy acidity of red apple, the sweetness of apricot, and the dry notes of black tea. Perfect for lovers of clear, tea-like coffees with an elegant, luminous profile.
