KB Coffee Roasters- Kolumbia El Diviso Chiroso - 250g
Roast date:16.06.2025
KB Coffee Roasters - Colombia El Diviso Chiroso - 250g
In every cup of this Colombian micro-batch, you'll find distinct notes of rhubarb, currants, and cherry candy, with a fruity finish and light acidity.
The limited-edition El Diviso Chiroso micro-batch is the result of a collaboration between three young coffee producers from the Huila region in Colombia – Nestor and Adrian Lasso, and Jhoan Vergara. Chiroso beans were carefully selected and then subjected to a precise, multi-stage anaerobic fermentation process using T58 brewer's yeast, which allowed them to develop a unique sensory profile. In the cup, you'll discover juicy notes of rhubarb, cherry candy, currants, and cranberries. This coffee delights not only with its quality but also with the history of producers who are passionately changing the face of Colombian specialty coffee.
Sensory profile: rhubarb, cherry candies, currants, cranberries
