The flavor is dominated by notes of cinnamon, which perfectly combine with caramel and milk chocolate, creating a cozy, dessert-like profile. The coffee is dense, sweet, and creamy, with low acidity and a full body. Perfect for lovers of unusual, aromatic filters with a warm, spicy accent.

From the Quindío region of Colombia comes another experimental batch from Edwin Noreña – a producer who revolutionized the specialty coffee scene with his fermentations incorporating natural ingredients. This batch from the Campo Hermoso farm (1450–1500 m above sea level) was subjected to the Honey & Cinnamon Mossto Co-Ferment process, which uses natural cinnamon must for fermentation. The result is a coffee with an exceptionally aromatic, warming character.
