Botón de Oro is a 5-hectare farm in Costa Rica, owned by Darius ( kolibri's co-owner) and his mother since 2022. This Milenio F1 Honey lot is the first harvest we’ve received from trees planted on a single hectare in the same year alongside Thitonia diversifolia (Botón de oro). A flowering plant that provides shade, improves soil fertility, and helps control leaf-cutter ants and other pests.
