Gititu has a distinctive, juicy fruit profile with rhubarb, cranberry, and blackcurrant at the forefront. Freshness and intense acidity create a brew with a distinctive "Kenyan kick," with notes of lime and red fruits. Perfect for pour-overs and alternative brewing methods.
Kenia Gititu is a classic washed from the SL28 and SL34 varietals, grown at an altitude of 1,690 meters above sea level. Harvest date: 2024/25. Roasted in a 12 kg Probate for 8:15 minutes (10% development), the profile highlights the vibrant fruitiness and bright acidity characteristic of Kenyan coffees.
