LOT Coffee - Ethiopia Gotiti Ephtah - 250g

LOT Coffee – Ethiopia Gotiti Ephtah is a specialty coffee from Gotiti in the Gedeb region. The 74110 and 74112 varieties are grown at 2150–2200 m, where the high altitude supports slow cherry maturation. Processing is handled by Ephtah Specialty Coffee, which works closely with local farmers and supports coffee-growing communities.

Only ripe cherries are carefully selected before undergoing the Washed process. After fermentation and washing, the coffee is dried on raised African beds for around 12–15 days, helping to preserve the clean and elegant character of the final cup.

The cup opens with juicy orange and vibrant cranberry, followed by the fresh bittersweet character of grapefruit. A delicate black tea note adds structure, while honey-like sweetness and a subtle cream soda impression bring extra depth. Clean and layered, it shines in filter brewing and also works beautifully as a light, modern espresso.
