From the deep forests of southern Ethiopia comes a unique batch of coffee from the Redo Mountains, just 20 kilometers from the legendary Gedeb in the Yirgacheffe region. Here, at altitudes of up to 2,500 meters, coffee bushes grow under the shelter of native trees, which slow down the ripening of the cherries and give this coffee its unique depth.

Ethiopia Rudo is the result of careful hand-harvesting of only the ripest cherries. They are then dried traditionally on African plantations – in both sun and shade, directly on the farmers' premises. The result is a pure and distinctive flavor profile, combining juicy fruitiness with the subtle freshness of lemongrass.
