San Rafael is a coffee with an elegant, floral, and fruity character. Notes of hibiscus, pomegranate, and orange peel dominate the cup, enriched by plum accents and a delicate rum aftertaste. The profile is vibrant, juicy, and multifaceted – ideal for pour-over methods, but also perfect for modern espresso. Innovative carbonic maceration highlights the natural complexity of the Java variety, giving the coffee a smooth structure and a long, elegant finish.

This Honduran coffee, from the Copán region, is grown at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level on the San Rafael farm run by Norma Iris Fiallos. The Java variety has undergone a 72-hour carbonic maceration, giving it exceptional purity and clarity.
