This exceptional batch from legendary farmer Edwin Noreña comes from the Colombian farm Campo Hermoso, where the coffee is processed with exceptional precision and passion for fermentation. The result? An explosion of tropical fruit, floral sweetness, and a velvety body.

Processing is performed using the Honey Mango Mossto co-fermentation method – which means that during fermentation, the coffee beans are infused with cherry juice (mossto) along with fresh and dried mango, and a special yeast culture. The result is a very sweet, fruity, and complex cup that tastes like dessert.
