Another exceptional co-fermented coffee comes from the Campo Hermoso farm, from Edwin Noreña, whose experimental processing methods take Colombian coffee to a whole new level. This time, with a raspberry twist – a combination of honey processing and fermentation in the so-called "mosta" (coffee cherry juice) with the addition of fresh and dried raspberries. The result is a cup full of sweetness and juiciness, with beautiful raspberry notes.
