LOT Coffee - Rwanda Cyendajuru - 250g
In the cup, it offers a clean and balanced profile with notes of strawberry and milk chocolate. Its SCA score reaches 87 points.
This coffee comes from the Cyendajuru area in the Huye region of southern Rwanda. It is grown by a group of smallholder farmers who collaborate with Simbi Washing Station. The proximity of the farms allows the cherries to be processed within an hour of harvesting, guaranteeing a high level of freshness.
The coffee is processed using a natural method, using 100% ripe cherries. After initial shade drying, it is then dried on African beds for 15 to 18 days. Quality sorting is done exclusively by hand.
